Chef Khampan aka Chef Pan is our new Executive Chef, He brings with him an outstanding background of culinary experience, working in some of the most reputable hotels all across the world. His passion and drive for learning and challenging himself has made him the amazing chef he is today. Chef Pan’s main focus is to create surprising and delectable recipes for you to enjoy. With extensive training in hotel management and food safety you are as we say “in safe hands”. Pop in and see Chef Khampan to enjoy his amazing creations.

CHOM TALAY PRESENTS FOR NOVEMBER: SURF & TURF
Join us every Saturday for our “Surf & Turf” BBQ buffet, featuring a variety of fresh seafood and meats on the grill. Also together with a selection of mouthwatering international and Thai dishes and exquisite desserts, this is an evening not to be missed. Live music will create an amazing atmosphere to complete the evening.

CHOM TALAY PRESENTS FOR DECEMBER: PASTA NIGHT
The ultimate pasta night, delicious dishes crafted by Chef Noom and his team, join us every Thursday for a cool & funky night, an evening to remember with live entertainment.

INTRODUCING KHUN KYAW KYAW OO AKA “KHUN JOE” ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Khun Joe is an important member of the team as our assistant front office manager, he hails from the Union of Myanmar, he can speak 4 languages including, Thai, Chinese, English and his native mother tongue Burmese.
He started his life in Samui 12 years ago, always working with the public which makes him perfect for working at our hotel, he has a wonderful way of looking at ways to make our guest happy whether it’s solving problems or giving helpful advice for what to see and do in samui. He loves listening to our guests stories and helping them capture the best memories from their stay with us.

SPECIAL EVENT: LOY KRATHONG

Come and enjoy Loy-Krathong which is a festival celebrated every year in the month of November on the evening of the full moon throughout Thailand. On this day once a year celebrations are made by many Thai’s by launching their krathong on to a river or lake to make a wish for the coming year and to wash away the old year’s bad luck.

Here at Chaweng Regent we will prepare a “Street Food Market” evening including an amazing buffet accompanied by a Traditional Thai show and the releasing of staff and guest Krathong’s.
